EV charging mobile app
For companies that operate public charging stations in cities, business parks or residential communities. One app lets drivers find chargers, start charging by scanning a code, and pay. The demo shows a custom-drawn city map for finding chargers, time-of-use pricing, scan-to-start with live power monitoring, charging bills settled by peak, off-peak and standard rates, wallet top-up and invoicing, plus an operations back office. Times and amounts match across the charging screen, bills and wallet history, and the back-office load curve matches today's charged energy.
Features
Design and technical highlights
- Custom city map linked to stations
Roads, rivers and metro lines are all drawn in SVG, and the map can be dragged and zoomed. Station markers are colored by availability and can switch to show live prices. Swiping the cards at the bottom moves the map to the matching station.
- Live view of the charging session
After scanning, the driver chooses to charge until full, by amount or by energy, and a simulated handshake starts the session. The charge ring, power, voltage, current and power curve update every second. The session ends automatically at the target and sends a notification.
- Peak, off-peak and standard rate billing
A 24-hour price bar chart marks the current period. Bills calculate energy and service fees for each rate period the session covers. Payment applies the best coupon automatically and prompts a top-up when the balance is low.
- Native feel and dark mode
iOS large-title navigation, push and back transitions, swipe from the left edge to go back, and bottom sheets that close with a downward swipe. The whole interface comes in light and dark color schemes.
