Local delivery rider app
For on-demand local delivery platforms, errand services and companies with their own delivery teams. Riders get one workspace for accepting, picking up, delivering and getting paid. The demo shows a live order-grabbing hall, custom-drawn street route navigation, status flow from store pickup to photo proof of delivery, and earnings with withdrawals. It also includes a dispatch center back office (live dispatch, order search, rider management). Order volume, average delivery time, on-time rate and late orders are all calculated from the same order data, and the current rider's orders and earnings match the rider app. On phones, back-office tables are shown as cards.

Design and technical highlights
- Live order grabbing with countdowns
New orders are pushed to the pool at intervals, each with a countdown bar until it expires. Grabbing an order either succeeds and adds it to the rider's queue or fails with "Too slow". Riders can filter by on-the-way, high-pay or buy-for-me orders and sort by distance or earnings. Push stops while the rider is on break.
- Custom street map and simulated riding
Blocks, rivers, main roads and side streets are all drawn in SVG. Task details show the rider, pickup point, drop-off point and both route legs. On the navigation screen the view follows the rider, and turn prompts, remaining distance and ETA update frame by frame.
- Realistic pickup and delivery status flow
Accepted → At store → Photo pickup → Photo delivery proof. The viewfinder has a grid and focus box, and each photo gets a watermark with the time, location and order number. Delivery is confirmed with a 4-digit code. Once complete, earnings are credited and an on-time delivery notification is sent.
- Earnings dashboard and native feel
Earnings trend bar and line charts, earnings breakdown, tiered order volume bonuses and withdrawal checks. iOS large-title navigation, push and back transitions, swipe from the left edge to go back, and pull to refresh. The whole interface comes in light and dark color schemes.
