The demo covers the org chart, employee roster, onboarding, transfers and offboarding, shift scheduling and attendance exceptions, payroll with individual income tax calculated by the cumulative withholding method, electronic pay slips, plus plan usage, role permissions and audit logs. HR reports can switch between the last 12 months, this year and this quarter. On phones, the roster and other tables display as cards, and the schedule switches to a daily view.

Design and technical highlights
- Payroll calculation ready for real use
Gross pay, deductions and net pay are calculated per employee using social insurance base limits, employee social insurance and housing fund rates, special additional deductions, and the cumulative withholding method for income tax. Each payroll run moves through five steps: review, attendance, calculation, approval and payment.
- Visual scheduling with closed-loop attendance exceptions
Click a cell in the two-week schedule to change a shift (including National Day holiday duty). Attendance stats show the daily attendance rate. Exceptions support missed-punch approvals, bulk approval and employee reminders. On mobile, the schedule shows one day at a time, with headcount per shift and each person's shift; tap to change a shift.
- Hires, transfers and exits linked to the roster
Check off the onboarding list item by item. Once a start date is confirmed, the employee is added to the roster automatically. Completing a promotion, transfer or exit updates the employee's status, department and position.
- A complete multi-tenant SaaS shell
Company switcher in the top bar, seat usage and plan comparison, member invitations with a role-permission matrix, and searchable audit logs. New data is saved locally in the browser.
