Manufacturing execution system (MES)
Built for high-mix, low-volume discrete manufacturing plants with several coordinated lines (machining, heat treatment, assembly, painting and more). The demo covers the full shop-floor flow: production dashboard, work order scheduling and reporting, material kitting, quality inspection and equipment status. The dashboard, work order and equipment pages share one data source: line outputs add up to the shift total, and each line's current work order matches the equipment status page. On phones, scheduling switches to a daily view grouped by line, and tables display as cards.
Features
Design and technical highlights
- Full work order status flow
To schedule → In production → Inspection → Completed, with checks at every step: reported quantity cannot exceed the remaining quantity for the operation, a final inspection with defects above the AQL limit cannot pass, and every action is written to the work order log.
- OEE and hourly output board
OEE is calculated as availability × performance × quality rate. Quality rate and first-pass yield use the same basis (rework + scrap). Hourly output vs. plan, a defect Pareto chart and line status cards fit on one screen, for today, this week or this month. Exceptions are flagged through andon events.
- Line Gantt scheduling
Parallel scheduling across lines and workstations, with the current time marker and capacity load. Click a bar to open the work order, or release the day's work orders in one click. On mobile it becomes a day view grouped by line, where you can move day by day and open work orders.
- BOM explosion and kitting analysis
Multi-level BOMs expand as a tree. Material shortages are calculated in real time from open work order demand. Items below safety stock trigger alerts and purchase requisitions automatically.
