Remote equipment maintenance and monitoring platform
An after-sales remote maintenance platform for manufacturers of industrial equipment such as air compressors. Equipment connects through 4G / Ethernet gateways, and the platform covers real-time monitoring and service dispatch across customer sites in many locations. The demo shows the full loop: an overview of site locations, live equipment parameter charts and remote control, alarm acknowledgment and dispatch, a service work order board, and staged OTA firmware rollouts. The equipment overview can switch statistics between variable-speed and fixed-speed models. On phones, tables are shown as cards and the work order board is viewed by status.

Design and technical highlights
- Real-time data and remote control
Key parameters refresh every second with threshold lines, and you can switch to 1-hour or 24-hour history charts. Remote start/stop, load/unload pressure settings and sampling interval changes are supported. Each command requires confirmation, and its acknowledgment is logged.
- From alarm to work order
Alarms are sent by severity. After acknowledgment, dispatch a work order in one click, with engineers recommended by service area and current workload. When the work order passes acceptance, the linked alarm closes automatically, and every step is logged.
- SLA board for dispatch
Work orders are organized in columns: awaiting pickup, in progress, pending acceptance and completed. Urgent orders have an 8-hour limit and normal ones 48 hours, each with a countdown; overdue orders turn red. On mobile, each column is a status tab, and when a column shows only recent orders, the total count is noted.
- Staged OTA updates
Filter target devices by model and version. Roll out to 10%, 30% or all devices, with nighttime update windows. Succeeded, failed and pending counts update in real time. Failed devices roll back automatically and can be retried individually.
