Transportation management system (TMS)
For long-haul trucking and city delivery companies with their own fleets or contracted carriers. It covers the full chain from order entry, dispatch and in-transit tracking to signed delivery receipts and freight reconciliation. The demo shows a dispatch board, the full waybill lifecycle, SVG road network route playback, and a driver app that syncs with the back office in real time. In mobile browsers, the dispatch board, vehicle list and reconciliation list are stacked as cards.
Features
Design and technical highlights
- Board-style dispatching
A four-column task board for To dispatch, In transit, Exceptions and Delivered. Vehicles are recommended by type and current city, and one click dispatches the truck and notifies the driver app.
- Route tracking and checkpoints
The shortest route is calculated from the trunk road network. SVG shows each vehicle's position, the distance covered and track playback, and a checkpoint timeline shows hubs passed and exceptions.
- Driver app and back office share data
Drivers accept orders, check in at checkpoints and upload photos of signed delivery receipts on their phones. Waybill and vehicle status sync with the back-office lists in real time.
- Complete reconciliation process
Waybills are totaled by customer and month into statements. Statuses move from Pending → Confirmed → Invoiced → Paid, with bulk actions, and overdue items are flagged in red.
