Community group buying Mini Program
For community group buying of fresh food and daily necessities, organized through neighborhood group leaders, where residents order tonight and pick up tomorrow. The demo shows today's deals and a bestseller list, order cutoff countdowns and group progress, choosing a leader's pickup point on a map, a cart with simulated WeChat Pay, order pickup codes, and a group leader view with commission statistics, pickup verification by scanning or entering a code, and delivery check-in. It also includes a merchant back office for managing group leaders and pickup points, product prices and group targets, and verifying pickup orders by code. Verification results sync with the group leader's workspace.

Design and technical highlights
- A live cutoff countdown
Countdowns on the home, details and cart pages tick every second using the real clock. Each product shows units ordered, the group target and avatars of neighbors who joined. Orders whose group is not yet complete are marked, with one-tap invites for neighbors.
- The full loop from order to pickup
Add-to-cart animation and purchase limit checks. After the order is confirmed, a six-digit PIN pad appears. A successful payment creates an order with a QR code and a six-digit pickup code, and its status updates in the order list.
- Leader workspace
A bar chart of commissions over the last 30 days, plus today's commission and sales. Pickups can be verified by simulated QR scan or by entering the pickup code. After verification, the pending pickup list, today's pickups and the delivery check update together. A commission withdrawal flow is included.
- Native WeChat Mini Program look and feel
Capsule button at top right, Mini Program navigation bar, bottom tab bar and bottom sheets. The pickup point map and product illustrations are all custom drawn. Cart, orders and verification records are saved on the device and kept after a refresh.
