Training school administration system
For K12 enrichment and language schools with many courses and teachers that charge by the lesson. The demo shows an administration overview, a weekly timetable with conflict detection, student lesson balances with renewal reminders, lesson usage records, class management, and fee collection. Active students, lessons used, payments and new enrollments in the overview are calculated the same way as on each detail page. On phones, the timetable is viewed by day and tables are shown as cards.
Features
Design and technical highlights
- A timetable that checks its own conflicts
View the weekly timetable for the whole school, one teacher or one classroom. Scheduling and rescheduling check for teacher and classroom conflicts in real time; conflicting changes cannot be saved, and the clashing lesson is shown. On mobile, a 7-day date strip with that day's lessons replaces the grid, and staff can take attendance or schedule lessons directly.
- Attendance deducts lessons
Take attendance on the lesson itself, with present, excused and absent handled separately. Present students have a lesson deducted automatically and a usage record is created. Lesson balances can be checked at any time.
- Renewal reminders up front
Students due for renewal are identified by remaining lessons and expiry date, and flagged on the dashboard and sidebar. Renewals calculate the amount due from the lesson package. Discounts over 30% of the amount due cannot be submitted directly and require principal approval.
- Complete interaction details
Global search by student or parent mobile number, table sorting, filtering and pagination, and instant validation in drawers and forms. New data is saved in the local browser and stays after a refresh.
